Windjammer Celebration Kits

In addition to our a la carte butcher program, we wanted to be able to provide an “all inclusive” option for your celebratory barbecues. The three packages below serve on average ten people, a perfect amount for those celebrating a special occasion, or simply added ease for a meal prepared in the comforts of your own home. The prime rib and the salmon both need to be cooked, however there will be instructions that will come with those options. The St. Louis style ribs simply need to be heated and served.
